Refund Policy

Order Cancellations

As Kantha World brings uniqueness to their products we have given a certain time for order cancellation. After placing an order customer will get 24 hours to cancel it. Cancellation will have to confirm through written email at ask@kanthaworld.com. After 24 hours we shall proceed with shipping, and any cancellation after the said time will be charged the shipping cost.


You can return our product within 48 hours after delivery. You have to notice it through email at ask@kanthaworld.com and arrange the shipment to return product to Kantha World office. To be eligible for return your item must be unused and must be in the same condition that you have received it. However if returned product is damaged or without tag then we will not accept it..


Once your return product is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify that we have received your shipment. We will also notify you the amount of refund for your approval and back detail. Upon getting your feedback we shall deposit the amount to respective bank account within 10 days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at ask@kanthaworld.com.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged or in the wrong color choice. If you need to exchange any please email us at ask@kanthaworld.com.


To restore your item, you should mail your item to Plot: 66, Road: 13, Sector: 13, Uttara, Dhaka 1230, Bangladesh. You will be in charge of paying for your own particular transportation costs for restoring your item.
